Introduction
Kwanghee Cho graduated from Korea University with a degree in Sociology in 2013 and earned his law degree from Sogang University School of Law in 2016. He has been working at HMP since then and is currently a member of the Corporate Practice Group. He advises leading domestic and international companies on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, labor and employment, and foreign investment. Additionally, he manages a range of lawsuits stemming from his advisory work, consistently demonstrating exceptional expertise in litigation. In 2023, he earned an LL.M. degree from Duke University School of Law and passed the New York e Bar Exam, further solidifying his global legal expertise.
