Introduction
Sang Kyun Lee handled important litigation cases in the fields of corporate law, insurance, and patents involving disputes between foreign corporations and Korean domestic corporations. Mr. Lee represents many corporate clients on litigation and arbitration. Representative matters include MSD Korea, Saint-Goban Betrotex, G.V.C., and SOTEC in commercial litigation against local Korean companies. Mr. Lee’s specialty, and which the main bulk of his work involves, is litigation and consulting regarding real state and construction. He has represented, among others, Daewoo Construction Co., Hanhwa Construction Co., Heunghwa Construction Co. Mr. Lee also provides legal services as a member of JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization) for Japanese companies which do investment and trade in Korea. He is currently handling litigations for victims of oil spill accident in the western coast of Korea as pro bono activities.
