Introduction

Young Eun An is a partner at HMP’s finance and securities practice group, and his practice includes loan transactions, project financing, and matters concerning protection of copyright and trade secret, as well as general corporate matters. Mr. An’s major achievements include providing legal counsel in connection with project financing conducted by Woori Bank, the Industrial Bank of Korea and Koram Bank, a KT privatization project, and a dispute between Prudential Korea and Met Life concerning a violation of the law on protection of trade secrets and infringement of copyrights.
