Introduction

After serving as a prosecutor for 13 years, Young Ki Baik joined HMP in March 2006. In addition to working as a prosecutor at various Public Prosecutor’s Offices, Mr. Baik gained extensive knowledge in Chinese law while studying at Fudan University in Shanghai, China as a visiting scholar from 1997 till 1998. Coupled with his service as Legal Attaché at the Korean Embassy in China during 2000~2002, Mr. Baik is expected to bolster the already-burgeoning Chinese practice at HMP. As a partner in litigation, his practice at HMP is mainly focused on commercial, corporate, intellectual property, and criminal laws.
