Introduction

Sang Il Park is a senior partner of Hwang Mok Park P.C. Mr. Park represents multinational corporate clients in Korea on general corporate law, securities and finance and various cross-border transactions such as offering of securities, international joint ventures and mergers and acquisition transactions. Mr. Park sits on the boards of various school foundations and Korean and international charity foundations. Mr. Park has been engaged in domestic and international arbitrations both as an arbitrator at Korea Commercial Arbitration Board, ICC Korea, Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration and Harbin Arbitration Commission and counsel for the parties. He often speaks at domestic and/or international seminars on M&A transactions and cross-border capital market transactions and corporate governance issues.
