Introduction

Kyun Je Park is a partner at Hwang Mok Park’s corporate practice group. He has vast experiences in direct foreign investment, joint venture project, licensing agreement, distribution agreement with in-depth knowledge in laws and regulations relating to foreign investment, foreign currency regulation and fair trade, immigration and employment.
His notable advisory cases are, among others, SK-Enron’s acquisition of Choongnam City Gas, sale of Haitai Confectionary’s overseas assets, and establishment of KRPIA, the multi-national association of pharmaceutical industry.
Mr. Park has also actively worked on the competition law area by advising on establishment of a holding company, or unfair trade practices and by litigating disputes on the same area.
