Introduction

Chong Seok Ahn is a partner at HMP’s corporate practice group, and his practice includes corporate advisory services, insolvency, rehabilitation proceedings for domestic and foreign corporate clients. He had abundant experiences in merger and acquisition, business transfer, asset purchase area as well as in foreign investment matters. Mr. Ahn has a unique and strong background as an expert in the field of civil engineering disputes due to his education in the engineering college and his military service as construction supervisor in Korea Air Force. He handled various litigation and arbitration in construction-related disputes and is currently serving as a member of Korean Society of Civil Engineering.
