The Game Industry Team at HMP Law advises mostly foreign game developers and their local entities here in Korea with various legal advice on game industry-specific regulations, protection and prosecution of intellectual property rights, execution and performance of publishing or license agreements with local partners, and employment and labor issues for their studio employees or engineers frequently faced in the course of investment and business operations in Korea.
